Architectural Technologist

Location: Northampton

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000

A long-established and respected architectural practice is looking for an experienced architectural technologist to join their vibrant team in Northampton. With over 50 years of industry success, the practice delivers projects across a wide range of sectors including logistics, education, hospitality, R&D, civic, leisure, and residential, with values ranging from £500k to over £200m.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident technologist to take a leading role in the technical delivery of high-quality projects within a creative and collaborative environment.

The role:

Lead and manage the technical delivery of architectural projects across all RIBA stages

*

Produce detailed design and technical drawing packages

*

Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project progression

*

Oversee project compliance with current UK building regulations and technical standards

*

Work primarily in Revit (essential), with additional tools such as AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp, and InDesign (desirable)

Requirements:

Qualified architectural technologist with experience running projects independently

*

Excellent technical knowledge and a strong eye for detail

*

Proficient in Revit

*

Confident in coordination roles and in communication with clients, consultants, and contractors

*

Motivated, organised, and proactive, with a strong interest in continuous professional growth
