Job summary

Maber Architects is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join the Birmingham studio. The role delivers technical design information across RIBA stages, coordinates consultants and teams, and ensures projects meet high technical standards.

You will support colleagues, liaise with clients and contribute to the practice's growth across sectors. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in architectural technology, a UK architectural technology degree, and proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp and

Qualifications

5 years of industry experience as architectural technologist/technician/architect with technical bias.
Architectural Technology degree or UK equivalent.
Understanding of Building Regulations and construction legislation.
Strong portfolio showing diverse projects, preferably schools, industrial or residential.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary project teams across sectors.
Review and coordinate high-quality technical design information for all RIBA Work Stages.
Conduct site visits and represent the practice.
Liaise with clients, consultants and regulators.
