Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

Our client, an award-winning practice, is looking to recruit an Architectural Technologist. The company has multidisciplinary skills with a team comprising Architects, Building Surveyors, and Technologists, undertaking all RIBA stages of work. They emphasize sustainability in building design.

Due to expanding workload, they are recruiting an Architectural Technologist with experience across RIBA stages, though not necessarily all stages.

Preferred experience includes:

• Experience with Listed Buildings, new developments, and sustainable design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp.
• Experience with Apple MacBook and Microsoft Office.
• Technical detailing and working drawings.
• Knowledge of planning systems and building regulations.
• Contract administration experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking responsibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Full driving license and own car.
