Job Description:

A leading residential architecture and urban design studio is looking for a talented Architectural Technologist to join their friendly and collaborative team in South West London. This full-time, office-based role offers the opportunity to contribute to the technical design and delivery of high-quality residential developments across the UK, from concept through to construction.

Working closely with architects, consultants and clients, you’ll be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings, coordinating packages, and ensuring that all aspects of the design meet current regulations and performance standards. You’ll play a key role in delivering complex housing schemes that combine buildability, sustainability, and design integrity.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience working as an Architectural Technologist, ideally on multi-unit residential projects in the UK
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential
  • Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, NHBC and planning standards
  • Experience preparing tender and construction drawing packages
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced studio environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
