The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in RIBA stages 4-6, leading design consultancy teams, and confidence in Revit and AutoCAD. Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in architectural technology.
• Experience with projects valued between £1m-£15m.
• Ability to lead design consultant teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead future projects within the practice.
• Coordinate project drawings and plans.

Lead Design Studios are looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist, Senior/Chartered Architectural Technologist or Architect to join our growing team. Strong candidates will have:

• Extensive experience and skill proficiency in RIBA Stages 4-6 (5 years minimum)
• Extensive experience drawing and coordinating projects of a value between £1m-£15m
• Extensive experience residential and/or commercial sectors
• Experience in leisure/sport and educations sectors is desirable but not essential
• Leadership qualities and experience leading design consultant teams on their projects
• Be confident working in Revit and Autocad
