Conrad Consulting are delighted to be presenting this fantastic opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to join an AJ100 Architectural practice, to be based within their head office in Nottingham, East Midlands.
THE COMPANY:
The practice are a mainstay in the AJ100 list of practices, with 4 established offices based throughout the UK. The company have a solid base in the East Midlands area and in the last few years have opened up a Birmingham office to grow their West Midlands offering. Due to a solid pipeline of work in various sectors, the practice are now seeking to add an experienced Architectural Technologist to their team in Nottingham.
The company work in a broad range of sectors and project types, with the 4 offices working on Education, Industrial, Residential, Commercial and Retail sectors to name a few.

THE POSITION - ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST:
The position available in this practice in Nottingham, is for an Architectural Technologist with at least 5 years of industry experience, possibly already operating at Senior level. As mentioned previously, the practice operate in various sectors so Architectural Technologists with a diverse background would be ideal for this position.
The practice have invested heavily in BIM systems and regularly work on projects at BIM Level 2. Some experience in this area would be useful, although training can/will be provided.
An Architectural Technologist that is comfortable taking the lead on projects, while also having the ability to transform architectural designs into detailed technical plans and documents will be ideal for this role.
Strong technical and problem solving skills, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with Architects and other professionals will all be a key part of this position.
