Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Our client, a growing architectural practice based in Worthing, is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects, mainly in residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors, focusing on high-rise schemes across the South and London, primarily at RIBA Stages 4/5. This role offers an opportunity to develop a portfolio with complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work across different sectors on large-scale, complex projects.
2. Produce technical details and drawings.
3. Assist in resolving issues efficiently.
4. Utilize Revit to produce high-quality drawings.
5. Gain exposure to RIBA Stages 4/5.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical ability and motivation.
• Experience with residential projects is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in Revit is required.
• Live within a commutable distance of Worthing.
