Architectural Technologist / Technician – Surrey – £30,000-£38,000 + Progression + Benefits

An exciting opportunity is now available for an Architectural Technologist, Technician, or Part 2 Assistant to join a growing, forward-thinking multidisciplinary consultancy. In this role, you will contribute to a wide variety of residential and commercial projects across the UK, while developing your skills, progressing your career, and gaining experience on a diverse and dynamic project portfolio.

With a high volume of enquiries and an expanding project portfolio, this is an exciting time to join the team. They provide expert design and technical services across residential, retail, and commercial sectors, to name a few, working across a range of projects, including alterations, extensions, fit-outs, refurbishments, and new builds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate technical drawings and design packages
• Assist with planning and building regulation submissions for residential and commercial projects
• Attend site visits

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role using AutoCAD
• Good knowledge of building regulations
• Full UK driver\'s licence
• Commutable distance to the office near Woking
• Office-based role with potential for hybrid working
