Job Title: Architectural Technologist
Salary: 28,000 - 35,000
Location: Barnsley

We're looking for an Architectural Technologist to join the design team of a well-established multi-disciplinary Architectural practice specialising in residential housing developments. Our client works with some of the nation's top housing developers on projects ranging from 30 plots to 600+ units.

Whilst this advert is tailored towards intermediate level, we're considering all levels and will tailor the package accordingly. The successful candidate will be involved in the design and development of residential projects from feasibility stage through to completion.

Essential Requirements:

• Proficient in Revit (daily use required)
• CAD skills beneficial
• Experience in residential development projects preferred
