Job summary

Aztrum is partnering with a leading architectural firm around the Stratford-upon-Avon region to appoint an Architectural Technologist. You will develop detailed drawings and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring design intent and building regulations compliance.

You will collaborate with architects, designers and engineers on Residential projects such as student living, care homes and commercial schemes, conducting site visits and coordinating with clients and contractors throughout

Qualifications

• Experience in the Residential sector is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations, codes, and standards.
• Excellent technical drawing and design skills with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural drawings, technical designs, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to produce accurate technical solutions for various project types.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and assessments to gather information and monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with design intent and building regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle to address technical issues and provide design solutions.

With an exciting range of upcoming projects, my clients portfolio includes a strong presence within the Residential sector, working on Student Living, Care Homes and Commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:

• Develop detailed architectural drawings, technical designs, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to produce accurate and efficient technical solutions for various project types
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and assessments to gather information and monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with design intent and building regulations
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle to address technical issues and provide design solutions
