Location: Sheffield

Salary: £34-42,000 DOE

A respected and multi-disciplinary architectural practice is looking for a talented Intermediate Architectural Technologist to join its busy Student Accommodation team in Sheffield. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of student accommodation schemes at various stages, from concept to completion
• Produce high-quality technical drawings, specifications, and construction packages using AutoCAD and Revit
• Coordinate with internal architects, engineers, and external consultants
• Ensure designs comply with current UK Building Regulations and client requirements
• Attend site visits and contribute to design and technical meetings
• Maintain clear project documentation and follow project delivery standards

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Several years’ experience in a UK architectural practice
