Job summary

White Space Recruitment is seeking an Architectural Technologist/Technician in central Sheffield to join a busy practice. You will work across retail, commercial and residential sectors, producing technical drawings and design information through project stages.

The role demands 2-4 years' experience, strong AutoCAD, and solid MS Office/NBS skills, with REVIT desirable. Full-time, office-based with four days in the office.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in an architectural technologist or technician role.
• Experience working on projects at different stages of development.
• Strong AutoCAD skills (essential).
• REVIT experience (desirable).
• SketchUp and/or Enscape 3D visualisation skills.
• Experience using NBS and Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.

Having successfully placed a Senior Architect with this client they're now actively looking to recruit their next talented colleague.

Established and reputable central Sheffield based practice is looking to recruit an Architectural Technologist/Technician ASAP. Due to a steady increase in project workload they're actively seeking a talented Architectural Technologist/Technician with around 2-4 years' experience to join their 20 or so strong team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants exposure to projects at different stages of the design and delivery process.

What you'll be doing

• Working across multiple projects simultaneously - predominantly within the retail, commercial and residential sectors
• Supporting projects from concept through to delivery
• Producing technical drawings and design information
• Collaborating with colleagues, clients and consultants

What we're looking for

Working arrangements

• Based in central Sheffield
• Minimum 4 days per week in the office (due to the level)
