Our client is seeking an ambitious Architectural Technologist to join their established award-winning multi-disciplinary Architectural practice based in Sheffield. The successful Architectural Technologist will collaborate with a team on large-scale projects within the Residential, Commercial, Leisure, Student accommodation, and Retail sectors. Our client's current projects are more focused in the Leisure sector, and contract values are between £5m - £10m.

Architectural Technologist Job Overview

1. Occasional site visits
2. Develop designs into working drawings
3. Coordinate tender and construction design packages
4. Submission of planning/building regulations
5. Work on projects throughout all RIBA stages
6. Produce Technical details
7. Provide technical advice for user/site specifications when required
8. Work as part of a small design/technical team
