Operating from a recently modernized, contemporary studio in Sheffield, they boast a team of over 80 skilled professionals dedicated to innovation and excellence.

The Role:

You will be working within a collaborative project team (typically 3-4 colleagues) and will be instrumental in ensuring design and technical excellence at all project stages. Given the nature of these large-scale developments, proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential, alongside experience working within a BIM environment and a solid understanding of AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to the technical delivery of large-scale Student Accommodation projects.
  • Manage projects from RIBA Stages 3-6, ensuring compliance with regulations and client expectations.
  • Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and details to a high standard.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external consultants to drive successful project delivery.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and gateway applications (1-3).
  • Work confidently within a BIM environment, utilizing Revit for design and coordination.
  • Use Microsoft Teams for effective remote collaboration.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree or HNC qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field.
  • 3-5 years' post-qualification experience in architectural practice.
  • Proficiency in Revit (essential) and experience working on shared models.
  • Previous experience in Student Accommodation or High-Rise Residential projects (preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to produce detailed drawings.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

What's on Offer?

  • Competitive salary ( 35,000 - 42,500 DOE)
  • Flexible working hours to support work-life balance.
  • A generous benefits package, including professional development opportunities.
  • Regular company-organized social events and away days.
  • The opportunity to work in a modern, innovative studio environment with a highly skilled team.
