Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to join a leading practice who deliver high quality design services across a range of sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Architectural Technologists to work within the team that delivers projects ranging from varied local authority projects to new build commercial projects, to private residential schemes, to medium scale multi-unit residential schemes for established local developers.

Responsibilities and requirements

• Considerable experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
• A degree within Architectural Technology / Architecture
• Proficiency with REVIT
• Up to date knowledge of UK building regulations and planning process
• Experience working across the later RIBA stages
• Strong post qualification UK experience as an Architectural Technologist
• 2+ years' UK experience
• ACIAT or MCIAT qualification would be desirable
• Good knowledge of current building regulations
• Strong technical skill set from RIBA Stage 4 onwards
• Proven ability to produce detailed working drawings
