Job Opportunity: Architectural Technologist

I am currently recruiting for an award-winning Architectural Practice based in Romsey. This is an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to join an established team.

Our client offers excellent training and progression opportunities, and is looking for recent Graduates or Architectural Technologists with some experience who want to develop their careers.

Role Responsibilities:

• Interpreting client briefs and producing working drawings & technical documents in compliance with current legislation
• Gaining wider experience and progressing within the technical team
• Producing working drawings as part of a team to meet client requirements
• Interpreting and verifying consultant drawings
• Supporting the Technical Director, Associate Director, and technical team
• Performing all role-specific duties professionally and competently
• Utilizing AutoCAD; REVIT experience is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided
• Developing a career in producing technical drawings for residential projects
• Holding or working towards a full UK Driver Licence
• Demonstrating motivation and a desire to learn within a busy team
• Living within a commutable distance of Romsey
• Possessing a Degree or similar qualification in Architectural Technology
• Being hardworking and motivated
