Qualifications

• Experience in Architectural Technologist / Technician role required.
• Proven proficiency in Revit essential.
• Experience with RIBA stages 3-5 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Project Director with design documentation.
• Producing documentation for Tender & Construction in Stages 3 & 4.
• Liaise with contractor and specialist trade contractors.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Assisting the Project Director on design documentation ensuring designs are Building Regulation compliant
• Primarily working in Stages 3 & 4 producing documentation for Tender & Construction
• Updating and managing the Revit model regularly
• Coordination of consultant services drawings and models
• Minute taking & site reports
• Site visits to inspect the progress of the works
• Liaise with contractor and specialist trade contractors
• Presence on site to monitor live projects and work with contractor teams to resolve queries
