Responsibilities

  • Producing technical design drawings for RIBA Work Stages 2 to 6 on both new build and refurbishment projects.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, producing working drawings and specifications, and reviewing work drafted by others.
  • Producing feasibility studies and concept designs.
  • Creating planning, building control, and construction issue drawings.
  • Attending client meetings.
  • Visiting sites and liaising with contractors, providing technical advice as needed.

Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

Location: Oldham

We are working with the architecture team of a successful multi-disciplinary property consultancy. The successful candidate will work alongside a team of Building Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and other construction professionals.

This team offers comprehensive services to sectors including social housing, local authorities, private developers (residential and commercial), and healthcare.

Job Responsibilities:
