Job description

Overview:You will be joining a RIBA-chartered Architectural Practice as an experienced Architectural Technologist to support the technical delivery of design projects across all RIBA stages within the residential and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop BIM models and technical detailing packages.
  • Produce architectural specifications and design documentation.
  • Conduct technical audits and manage compliance with building regulations.
  • Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Contribute to the development of practice standards and technical strategy.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong technical drawing and detailing skills.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe InDesign, NBS Chorus, Microsoft Office, Teams, and Loop.
  • Deep understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or Architecture (RIBA Part 1).
  • CIAT registration preferred.
