Architectural Technologist Job in London. Role & Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the delivery of large-scale projects (c. £20m+) from inception to completion
  • Assist in managing on-site projects and supporting senior colleagues in delegating to junior team members
  • Produce full specifications and develop detailed technical design solutions
  • Coordinate with consultants and contribute to the management of project delivery
  • Support client engagement, presentations and ongoing relationship management
  • Monitor compliance with legal and statutory requirements
  • Assist with project finances including fees and profitability tracking
  • Share knowledge with junior staff and contribute to wider practice learning
  • Support business development and bid submissions where required
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience supporting the delivery of complex projects from design to completion
  • Strong technical expertise with Revit and BIM workflows
  • Ability to produce and manage detailed specifications and technical packages
  • Experience coordinating consultants and contributing within project teams
  • Awareness of MMC solutions, net zero carbon design and sustainable approaches
  • Knowledge of refurbishment, repair, reuse and deconstruction strategies
  • Ability to manage workload across multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, able to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Dynamo scripting, NBS Chorus and education sector experience (desirable)
  • Experience supporting remote outsourced delivery partners (desirable)
