Architectural Technologist – St James’s, London

Location: St James’s, London

Salary: Up to £50,000 + benefits

Sector: High-end residential, hospitality & listed buildings

From masterplanning major estates to refurbishing Grade I & II listed buildings, this is an opportunity to work on prestigious projects with an expert team.

Your Role

  • Lead detailed and technical design stages (RIBA 4 & 5)
  • Prepare tender and construction documentation (drawings, NBS)
  • Coordinate with consultants and attend site inspections
  • Work closely with project architects and directors

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years' PQE, including 3+ years in the UK
  • Experience in high-end residential or hospitality projects
  • Strong knowledge of UK building regs
  • Vectorworks proficiency is a plus
  • Excellent presentation and site experience
