We are looking for a passionate and experienced technologist to make a valued contribution to our growing team of talented, friendly and inspiring creatives, working across a diverse and exciting range of projects. This role offers the chance to work with an established architectural practice that prioritises design excellence and technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Working across RIBA stages, with a key focus on actively supporting the architectural team with technical work at RIBA Stage 4 and 5
• Working in Revit producing technical and construction details
• Developing and refining Revit models in line with in-house standards
• Producing comprehensive technical drawings and detailed documentation for construction projects
• Assisting the architectural team with Revit and BIM based project tasks and coordination
• Taking ownership and acting as a lead on projects
• Working across multiple projects to achieve set deadlines
• Supporting planning and building control submissions

Skills and Experience

• Qualified Architect or Technologist with 5+ years of professional experience working in the UK
• Practical industry experience working on projects in a BIM environment using Revit
• Demonstrable relevant UK practice experience
• Experience across concept design, technical and delivery stages
• Excellent technical skills with demonstrable experience in highly serviced, complex projects
• Strong understanding of planning and building control requirements
• Ability and flexibility to work across multiple projects
