Architectural Technologist

Location: London

Salary: 44000- 50000 (dependent on experience)

A brilliant opportunity has become available for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join a well-regarded, RIBA-chartered architecture studio in central London. This established practice is known for its diverse portfolio, with ongoing work across residential, hospitality and masterplanning projects, both in the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering detailed technical design and documentation
  • Supporting project development through all RIBA stages, particularly Stages 4 and 5
  • Producing Building Regulation submissions, tender information and construction drawing packages (using NBS and CAD)
  • Attending site inspections and supporting construction coordination
  • Working on a variety of residential and hospitality-led schemes

Requirements:

  • A recognised qualification in Architectural Technology (Degree, HND or HNC)
  • CIAT membership or eligibility
  • Proven post-qualification experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical acumen and an eye for precision
  • Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating effectively within a team
  • In-depth knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
  • Experience with Vectorworks is a bonus
