Architectural Technologist Job in Inverness, Scotland

They are seeking an Architectural Technologist for their Inverness office to work on residential projects across the UK. Established 85 years ago, this architecture and engineering practice has a team of architects, engineers, planners, and interior designers working in Canada, the US, the UK, and the UAE.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Ensure work meets quality standards, project timelines, and budget requirements.
2. Evaluate site conditions and perform site surveys as needed.
3. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities to address concerns and deliver solutions.
4. Perform design activities, including programming, research, and building systems analysis.
5. Use Revit to a high standard daily.

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience with mid to late stages (RIBA 3-7).
• Proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Knowledge of Navisworks, BIM Collaborate, and NBS Chorus is desirable.
• CIAT Registration.
• At least 5 years of PQE UK experience.
• Understanding of relevant planning legislation and building regulations.
• Previous multi-disciplinary experience is beneficial.
