The Role:

As an Architectural Technologist, you will collaborate with the design team and contribute to various projects at different stages. In this role, you may need to travel to oversee on-site projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Create drawings for RIBA stages 3-5.
2. Draft and file planning applications.
3. Produce building regulation and tender drawing packages.
4. Offer crucial drawing, technical, and contract administration support to a busy design office.
5. Conduct building surveys and manage consultants as needed.
6. Serve as a contract administrator for your assigned building projects.
7. Follow instructions meticulously and keep detailed records.

Requirements:

1. Previously worked as an Architectural Technologist or in a similar role.
2. Ideally have a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.
3. CIAT, RICS, or CIOB membership or working towards it.
4. Hold a degree in Building Surveying, Architectural Technology, Construction, or the Built Environment, equivalent to HNC/HND level.
5. Strong understanding of construction details.
6. Skilled in AutoCAD; experience with Revit or other 3D drawing software is beneficial.
7. Clean UK driving licence.
8. Right to work in the UK.
