They’re currently seeking a talented Architectural Technician to join their team and support the design and delivery of projects across the science, healthcare, and education sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on precision, problem-solving, and making architecture work — beautifully and effectively.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with architects and consultants to develop detailed technical drawings and documentation.
• Assist in the coordination and delivery of BIM Level 2+ projects using Revit.
• Translate design concepts into robust technical solutions that align with building regulations and sector-specific standards.
• Support the technical stages of projects from RIBA Stage 3 through to completion.

What We’re Looking For:

• A highly proficient Revit user with demonstrable experience working in a BIM environment.
• Solid technical knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing.
• Experience in one or more of the following sectors: science, healthcare, or education.
• A team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
