Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist:

* Produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages

* Attend design team meetings and site visits
* Issue working drawing packs of information

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

* Degree or higher education qualification within Architectural Technology
* Relevant post qualification experience within a UK practice
* Working towards CIAT chartership
* Proficiency with Revit software
* Strong detailing and technical design skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Good knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
* Live locally within the Harrogate area
