Architectural Technologist

Location: Soho, London

Salary: £40000-£50000 (dependent on experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Architectural Technologist to join a prestigious RIBA Chartered practice based in Central London. This well-established team works across a variety of sectors, including leisure, residential, and masterplanning, with an impressive portfolio of upcoming projects both in the UK and internationally.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  1. Design development and technical design
  2. Working through all RIBA stages, with a focus on stages 4 and 5
  3. Preparing Building Regulation documents, tender information and construction documents (NBS and drawings)
  4. Site inspections
  5. A range of residential and hospitality projects

Requirements for the role of Architectural Technologist:
  1. Degree, HND, or HNC in Architectural Technology
  2. CIAT accreditation
  3. Significant post-qualification experience
  4. Able to produce high-quality technical designs
  5. Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team
  6. Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
  7. Proficiency in Vectorworks is a plus
