Architectural Technologist

Location: Exeter

Salary Expectations: £28-36,000

I am looking for an Architectural Technologist to join an award-winning studio based in Exeter. The practice has a rich history of delivering innovative and visually exciting projects across sectors including Healthcare, Commercial, Hospitality and Leisure. The studio fosters a supportive, family-oriented environment and offers great flexible working options.

The successful Architectural Technologist will have excellent technical abilities and communication skills. You will have exceptional attention to detail and good knowledge of current UK building regulations. Revit experience is beneficial.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
• Sufficient experience post-qualification in a UK based practice
• Develop detailed technical and construction drawings
• Collaborate with architects and project teams to deliver design solutions
• Ensure compliance with current UK building regulations
• Support the design and construction process from concept to completion
• Experience using Revit is essential
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
