An exceptional architectural practice in Exeter is looking for an Architectural Technologist to join their team.

The multi award-winning company has over 25 years of experience in the architecture field. The multi-disciplinary design-focused consultancy works across a wide range of projects from residential and master planning to student housing and healthcare. Currently expanding due to winning multiple new projects. You will be working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and be heavily involved in new projects from early stages.

You will be working entirely on Revit, as this company is progressing the technology they use and the services they offer to clients. Therefore, proficiency in this software is required.

The Role:
  • A confident leader capable of managing and running your own projects
  • Preparation of feasibility studies, sketch designs, Revit models / CAD drawings for detailed design, specifications, and reports
  • Work across a variety of projects in different sectors
  • Knowledge of site surveys and building regulations for project planning at inception stages
  • Excellent knowledge of technical matters and building regulations
  • Relevant Degree (Architectural Technology, Construction, or the Built Environment)
  • Experience with a range of projects is desirable
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Confident, articulate communicator with strong leadership skills
