Job description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 2 years’ professional experience to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is confident managing projects through all RIBA stages, from concept to completion.

Working across a range of sectors including residential, healthcare, commercial, and defence, you will play a key role in delivering technically excellent and well-coordinated design solutions. Strong Revit proficiency is essential, along with a solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed design and technical packages
  • Prepare and coordinate planning, building regulations, and tender documentation
  • Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Ensure technical and regulatory compliance at every project stage
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site technical queries as needed

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ UK-based experience in an architectural or multidisciplinary practice
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit
  • Lives within a commutable distance
  • Knowledge of all RIBA stages (0–7)
  • Experience across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, and defence
  • Strong technical understanding of UK construction methods and Building Regulations
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • CIAT accreditation or working towards chartered status is advantageous
