Exciting opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join a consultancy in Bristol.

This consultancy primarily focuses on residential projects but works also within sports and leisure, mixed-use developments, Passivhaus designs, and has recently shifted its attention towards retrofit projects. Their primary focus is constructing energy efficient buildings, prioritising a low carbon footprint and adhering to sustainable design principles.

Recently invested in BIM and their training program, therefore plenty of career progression opportunities, you will be joining a friendly social team of Architects and Technologists.

The Role:

• Preparation of detailed drawings
• Preparation of layouts, specifications and graphics
• Architectural design from newbuild to extensions and conversions
• Contribute to planning applications and building control applications
• Preparing and presenting design proposals using CAD packages
• Liaising with appropriate authorities and other professionals
• Proficient with Revit would be an advantage
• Knowledge of procedures for production of design developments and construction documents
• Knowledge of architectural planning, drafting and detailing
• Strong technical drawing abilities and written communication skills
• BA Hons Architectural Technology
