A well-established, flexible and collaborative Architectural practice is looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician to join the team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary practice working on a range of projects, primarily within the residential sector. Reporting directly to the Director, the successful candidate will working on projects at all stages from early design to completion. Proficiency using AutoCAD and excellent knowledge of UK building regulations is essential.

To be considered for the Architectural Technologist position:

• Architectural related degree
• Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and NHBC
• Previous experience working for an Architectural practice, consultancy or Developer in the UK.
