Architectural Technologist
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Technologist to join our professional Technical Team based in Letchworth, Hertfordshire.
What you'll be doing:
Reporting to the Technical Manager, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and issue detailed house type designs in line with the agreed programme. These designs must meet the Company's standards as well as all relevant regulatory and technical requirements. You will work closely with site, attending when required, to oversee projects and ensure compliance with technical designs.
Skills & knowledge you'll bring:
Qualified up to at least HNC level or a minimum of 4 years relevant work experience.
Excellent IT skills including awareness of packages such as Autocad.
Knowledge of current building regulations and NHBC requirements.
Ability to produce detailed working drawings.
Working towards CIAT.
Creative problem solving skills, and an organised & structured approach to work
