A boutique RIBA chartered architects practice is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their team in Dorchester. This role involves working on diverse projects, focusing on sustainability and heritage. The ideal candidate will have skills in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and a strong understanding of the planning system. To be successful as Architectural Technologist, we are looking for an Architectural Technologist with ability in all RIBA Stages, although not universal. You will ideally have a healthy mix of the following:

• Listed Buildings, new developments, sustainable design
• AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp
• Apple MacBook, with use of Microsoft Office
• Technical detailing and working drawings
• Knowledge of the planning system and building regulations
• Contract administration
• Ability to take on responsibility, work independently and together in a team
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Full driving licence with use of own car
