• CIAT membership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare planning, technical and construction drawings.
• Assist project teams with design development and technical detailing.
• Prepare and submit building regulation applications.
• Ensure projects comply with current building regulations and standards.

Skills

Degree within Architectural Technology

Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice

CIAT membership

Proficiency with AutoCAD

Strong knowledge of historic building conservations

Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations

Strong detailing experience and construction of traditional materials

Excellent communication and organisational skills
