A boutique architectural practice in Cheltenham is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their collaborative team. This role involves managing projects, producing construction information using Revit and AutoCAD, and promoting integrity in design. Ideal candidates should have significant UK architecture experience and knowledge of relevant building regulations.
Are you an Architectural Technologist looking for an exciting new opportunity?
Would you like to work in a small, non-hierarchical team that values collaboration and core principles?
My client, a boutique practice in Cheltenham, is an established and successful firm with a steady pipeline of projects across residential, commercial, leisure, and heritage sectors. They are embarking on an exciting new chapter as they redefine their mission, vision, and values, and outline an ambitious five-year strategy.
To support this growth, they are seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their close-knit and dedicated team.
You will be responsible for managing projects through technical and delivery stages, producing construction information using Revit and AutoCAD, and communicating daily with consultants, clients, and contractors. You will also help shape how they deliver design with integrity.
Candidates must have proven and significant experience in UK architecture and up-to-date knowledge of UK Building Regulations. Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit is essential.
The ideal candidate is a strong team player, confident and clear in communication, and willing to embrace the challenges of working in a small team.
My client offers full ACIAT fee support, an honest and open team environment, an annual bonus, and beautiful offices in Cheltenham. Hybrid working is available, but you should live within easy access of Cheltenham and be willing to come to the office most of the time.
If you believe that great architecture is built on trust and care, and you meet the required skills, I would love to hear from you!
