Architectural Technologist

We are currently seeking an Architectural Technologist to join a well-established Architectural Practice based in Boston, Lincolnshire. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career development within a talented team that provides strong progression and training opportunities.

Architectural Technologists of all levels, including Senior, are encouraged to apply as our client is flexible with their criteria.

The successful candidate will be capable of producing and presenting drawings to clients and directors. Responsibilities include liaising with contractors, developing projects within the Residential sector, working closely with clients, attending site visits, and ensuring projects are completed on time. The practice operates within both domestic and commercial sectors, so experience in both is highly beneficial. There is significant potential for career growth within this practice.

Requirements include a minimum of 1 year of experience as an Architectural Technologist. Experience with surveys and planning applications is highly advantageous. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, and experience with SketchUp is a plus.

Job Overview

Job Requirements

• Living within a commutable distance of Boston
• At least 1 year of relevant UK-based experience
• Residential sector experience is advantageous
• Knowledge of SketchUp is beneficial
• Motivated with a strong work ethic
• Excellent AutoCAD skills
