Architectural Technologist Billericay GBP40K-GBP45K
Fed up with churning out the same house-type details? Picture your drawings turning into classrooms where kids thrive and clinics that make treatment feel easier. That s the day-to-day here: you ll sit alongside cost consultants and surveyors, shaping real-world education and healthcare projects from first sketch to final snag.
As an Architectural Technologist, you ll lead the technical design, own the AutoCAD work, keep contractors on track and still have a say once construction starts. Because you re embedded in a property-and-surveying outfit, you see the full project lifecycle; budgets, programmes, the lot. Your decisions land faster and matter more.
There s a clear line of sight to Senior Technologist, and you ll get mentoring to nail CIAT chartership.
Salary is GBP40K-45k, hours are 37.5 a week, and the team trusts you to balance office, site and occasional home days.
If you ve got three-plus years in practice, live and breathe AutoCAD, and want work that leaves a bigger mark than another housing scheme, let s talk.
