About the Role:

As an Architectural Technologist you will play a crucial role in the technical design and delivery of a range of diverse projects. You will work closely within their design team, architects, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Design & Detailing:

• Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Develop construction details and solutions.
• Ensure designs comply with building regulations, planning permissions, and industry standards.
• Utilize BIM software (Revit) to create and manage 3D models.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other BIM users.
• Manage and control the BIM process throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Coordination:

• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Assist in the preparation of planning applications and building control submissions.
• Monitor construction progress and resolve technical queries.

Technical Support:

• Provide technical advice and support to the design team and contractors.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with UK and NI building regulations and planning systems is highly desirable.
