Job description

Your new companyYou will be joining a leading Architectural practice that is well-established, having been operating for 50 years in Leicestershire. They have an abundance of work in the residential, commercial and healthcare sectors. However, the bulk of their work tends to be within the retail sector. They are now looking for a Revit proficient Architectural Technologist/Technician to join their team and help with the added workload.

Your new role

In your new role, you will be:

  • Creating detailed architectural drawings using Autodesk Revit software.
  • Developing 3D models of buildings and structures.
  • Collaborating with architects and other team members during the design process.
  • Ensuring accuracy and consistency in project documentation.
  • Identifying and resolving design conflicts early in the construction process.
  • Maintaining Revit libraries and templates for efficient project workflows.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proficiency with Revit.
  • 3+ years of UK working experience in practice.
  • Experience job running.
  • Proficiency with Enscape and Twinmotion (Advantageous).
  • Experience working on retail projects (Advantageous).
