ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking talented and experienced Architectural Technologists / Technicians to join our Manchester team to workon a wide range of projects. You must be proficient in Revit and have experience in developing detailed construction information.

Key attributes:

  • Architectural Technician / Technologist with proven experience
  • Experience working at RIBA Work Stages 3-6 and the ability to coordinate with the wider design team.
  • Experience of running projects
  • Ability to clearly present technical information
  • High level of technical expertise and good communication skills
  • Experience and proficiency in writing NBS specifications
  • Working knowledge of the UK Building Regulations
  • Advanced experience in coordinating projects and producing details in Autodesk Revit.
