Our client, a leading national architectural practice, is seeking a talented, motivated, and dynamic Intermediate Technician/Technologist to join their team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a design-focused professional with 3–5 years post-qualification experience, particularly those who have been involved in site meetings and the management of small-scale projects.
Develop detailed project information from RIBA Stage 4 onwards
Coordinate day-to-day project information across the design team
Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams
Attend design team meetings
Update and issue working drawing packs
Contribute to the delivery of high-quality architectural projects across a diverse portfolio
Proficient in AutoCAD, with working knowledge of Revit
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
Experience in managing project documentation and coordination
UK driving license preferred due to nationwide project locations
They are a friendly, collaborative practice with a strong design focus. While the team works primarily from their Manchester office to maintain a vibrant studio culture, they do offer one day a week working from home after the probation period.
