Fantastic opportunity for a Job Running Architectural Technician or Technologist working across a range of projects within the Residentials sector

Conrad Consulting is thrilled to be working with a highly reputable architecture firm in Gloucester that is looking to secure the services of an Architectural Technician or Technologist with a strong focus on design and a portfolio demonstrating experience with large-scale developers.

My clients are seeking an Architectural Technician or Technologist with experience in large-scale residential projects, specifically working with PLC clients, regional housebuilders, or on commercially sized residential developments.

Multiple positions are available, based in either Gwent or Gloucestershire, at my clients' offices.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • RIBA/ARB Registered Architect
  • Experience working within the Residential sector for large developers
  • Strong design ability
  • Good technical knowledge of the built environment
  • Ability to manage projects through to completion
  • Team management experience
  • Knowledge of guidance, building regulations, and legislation in the large-scale residential sector (Essential)
  • Proficiency in Revit software
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and clients
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
Salary and Benefits:

The successful Architect/Technologist can expect a highly competitive salary, likely between 37,500 - 44,000, depending on experience.
