Architectural Technician

Location: Watford

Salary: £27-31,000

I am working with a forward-thinking near Watford that is currently seeking an Architectural Technician to join their collaborative and design-driven team. With a strong reputation for delivering technically complex, sustainable projects, the studio works with a wide range of repeat clients and consistently exceeds expectations.

The role:

* Producing accurate, high-quality technical and construction drawings across all RIBA stages

* Collaborating with project leads, consultants and contractors to deliver coordinated design solutions

* Assisting with planning submissions and building regulations compliance

* Supporting project delivery from concept through to completion

* Contributing to the smooth running of projects and actively participating in studio development

Requirements:

* Relevant qualification in architectural technology or equivalent

* Proven UK practice experience working on complex or large-scale projects

* Strong technical knowledge and experience of UK building regulations

* High proficiency in Revit (essential) and familiarity with BIM workflows

* Excellent communication and coordination skills

* A proactive, detail-oriented approach and team-focused attitude

* A full, clean UK driving licence
