Duties
  • Manage and deliver various residential projects from inception through to completion
  • Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance and high quality
  • Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
  • Attend and carry out client meetings
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and other members of a multidisciplinary team to build and maintain strong client relationships
Skills and experience
  • Degree within Architectural Technology
  • Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential
  • Experience with Revit is advantageous
  • Experience managing projects within the residential sector
  • Working knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Strong technical and design skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Full UK Driver's License
