This is a fantastic opportunity to join a National Architectural Practice who have undertaken award-winning projects across the retail, residential, leisure, offices, and industrial sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their team in their Milton Keynes offices.

To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technician, you will need to have relevant post-qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice managing and working on small-scale schemes from RIBA stages 4 and onwards. It is essential that the individual is able to demonstrate proficiency with AutoCAD and a relevant degree within Architectural Technology.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities:

1. Degree within architectural technology is essential
2. Good post-qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
3. Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential
4. Experience with Revit is desirable
5. Experience attending site meetings
6. Previous experience managing small-scale projects
7. Experience working from RIBA stages 4 and up
8. Ability to work well independently and within a team
9. Excellent communication and organisational skills
10. Live within a commutable distance to the Milton Keynes area
11. Full UK Driver's License is preferred
