Job Title: Architectural Technician

Salary: £30,000 - £37,000

They are on the lookout for an experience and enthusiastic Architectural Technician to hit the ground running for their Glasgow studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

* Prepare and submit building regulation and planning application

* Manage and deliver on projects from inception through to completion

* Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved

* Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings

* Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

* Relevant degree within architectural design

* Good experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice

* Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential

* Experience managing complex projects across a broad range of sectors

* Experience working across all RIBA work stages
