Job summary

Hunter Dunning Ltd in Chichester is recruiting an Architectural Technician to work across education, residential and public sector projects. The role supports project delivery through several RIBA stages, preparing coordinated technical information and liaising with consultants and contractors.

The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in Architectural Technology, demonstrate strong Revit and AutoCAD proficiency, and bring UK project experience with knowledge of UK Building Regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
• Strong Revit and AutoCAD proficiency.
• UK architectural project experience.
• Technical detailing and construction knowledge.
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
• Education sector experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery across multiple RIBA stages.
