Architectural Technologist/Technician - Work on a Landmark Restoration!
Hybrid Working: Minimum 3 days in office, up to 2 days WFH

A leading architectural and heritage consultancy is seeking a talented individual to contribute to the restoration of one of the country's most iconic buildings. You'll be working across all RIBA stages, with a focus on technical detailing, Revit modelling, and BIM coordination, ensuring a perfect balance between historic preservation and modern innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and specifications using Revit, AutoCAD, and other software
- Ensure construction details comply with building regulations, planning guidelines, and industry standards (BS 19650)
- Manage Building Information Models (BIM) to maintain accurate project data
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver coordinated design solutions
- Attend site visits to oversee quality control and ensure work aligns with design intent
- Assist with project documentation, deliverables, and timelines to meet deadlines
- Engage with clients and contractors to provide technical support and resolve design challenges
- Integrate sustainable and energy-efficient principles into architectural solutions
- Stay up to date with advancements in Revit, BIM, and technical best practices
What We're Looking For:
️ Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or HND in a relevant subject
️ Associate or Chartered Member of CIAT
️ Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, Twinmotion)
️ Knowledge of BS 19650 standards and UK building regulations
️ Ability to produce high-quality, precise technical documentation
️ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
